Sobre Laura
I have studied and practiced yoga for over 15 years, in different countries. I studied Hatha Yoga, Kundalini yoga, Kryia Yoga. My yoga practice helps me stay connected to my true Self, helps my body stay lean and supple and quietens my mind. I have been a language teacher/ interpreter for 20 years and now I want to share my Yoga knowledge and experience as well. I have taught one to one yoga in London for the past 2 years. I enjoy teaching yoga, connecting with people and helping them reach their potential.

The yoga that I teach is based on Iyengar Yoga. I find this methodology very efficient and helpful to my clients. I also use a new approach and a new Yoga concept, called Harmony Yoga. This particular style of yoga aims to blend the traditional and a more modern way of teaching yoga. The idea is to cater for any individual, any level, any ability and to ultimately reach a Personalized yoga teaching. That is to help the client find and manage their own best yoga routine.
