Sobre Mauro
My name is Mauro, native from central Spain. Originally an engineer but with a lifelong passion for world cultures, history, archaeology and travelling.
I began teaching spanish as a free time activity for those international friends who wanted to start learning in order to share cultures and achieve mutual learn. I quickly got used to love explaining the history, traditions and cultural context of Spain. I soon discovered the incredible amount of people whose goal is mastering the language outside of Europe, which encouraged me to become a language teacher.

My lessons are focused to students who need strengthen in an specific or general area of the language such as verb tenses and grammar, adaptation of vocabulary forms, comprehension of fake friends and idioms, etc.
I also provide step-by-step learning for absolutely new begginers, gradually covering all the features of the language. The student can choose the Spanish:English spoken ratio on demand.
Classes can be done in form of conversational sessions, structured topics, focusing on specific fields depending on the request and needs of the student.
We ussually conclude with a quick general review to secure knowledge and test in which areas we need to focus and increase strength.
