Learn Spanish In a real way And Stop Memorizing Phrases Like A Parrot

When I first arrived in Málaga, I did not know a single word of Spanish. I wanted a Spanish teacher who would be patient with me but also help me learn as quickly as possible. I found Diana through an online platform about a month into moving to Málaga. By the end of my 7-month stay, I was completely fluent — spending hours at parties with exclusively Spanish speakers, fully communicative with strangers, and more — all ENTIRELY due to my online classes with Diana.

Diana is engaging and respectful, and genuinely puts her students' needs at the center of every session. Every class is designed to accommodate your level and Diana uses various approaches to make sure a concept is solidified. In our classes, we have emphasized verbal, auditory, and reading skills so I could apply my learnings in my environment faster, and once I became more familiar with the language, Diana integrated more writing. All of the classes are supplemented by materials in various, age-appropriate mediums (videos, websites, activities, etc.) that widen my Spanish vocabulary and challenge ideas in my native language.

I have never felt more confident in a language-learning experience than I do in our classes, and I saw tremendous progress from our classes in my community interactions. It's been 2.5 years now since I started with Diana and I still meet with her regularly to continue expanding my language capacity. I can't think of a more assured recommendation!

I got to know Diana because I wanted to improve my Spanish level during my semester abroad in Malaga. We did online lessons mostly but also met in person and became friends. I was always looking forward to her classes. We did mostly practice speaking but included grammar work according to my mistakes as well. When I asked for some writing practice she gave me suitable exercises too. We also integrated homework in the lessons. The work load was always adapted according to my schedule and time I wanted to invest in the classes. One time she organized a meetup to get to know the other students as well which I really enjoyed! All in all I would really recommend her. She always is prepared for the classes, unterstands where you need help the most and is a very nice and easy going person who makes the classes super fun!

I've been having classes with Diana for a year now and it has been great. She is an excellent teacher and a wonderful person. After setting our goals, we have been working together to achieve them in an efficient and comfortable way. The classes are build op to suit my individual needs and she is constantly monitoring the progress. Diana's classes are interactive and fun. During the classes Diana uses practical and authentic words commonly used in typical day-to-day conversations incorporating correct vocabulary and grammar. She is very patient and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Every now and then we go downtown to practice Spanish in real life (market, shops, bars). During the last year I improved my Spanish a lot and I'm able to have full conversations in Spanish. I'm proud to say that Diana is not only my teacher but also a dear friend now.

I have studied with Diana for about one and a half year. When we started I had been studying by my self for about 5 years. I understood pretty much everything, but was struggling to speak. Diana taylored classes for me and today I speak with confidence. The classes are well planned, constructive but also a lot of fun. I'm always waiting for the next lesson ( never happened at school). My virtual one-on-one classes with Diana have been super helpful. In a short period of time, she figured out my level and focussed our Spanish lessons on speaking, writing and the use of correct grammar. These are areas that I needed to improve. She comes fully prepared for the next lesson, assigns me homework and uses that as a basis for the next class. The classes are almost entirely in Spanish and we discuss many different topics, including day to day conversation and selected topics of interest. If I don’t understand something she uses different methods to explain things without resorting to English. I feel my Spanish has improved considerably since I started classes with her on a regular basis for the past 7 months. She has made me comfortable conversing in Spanish. The classes are excellent and engaging - before I know it the hour has gone by. In addition, Diana is a really nice person and has a great sense of humor.
