I love being healthy and helping others find peace through physical and mental health. Seeing others finding ease with my help gives me pleasure and sense of purpose. My classes are all in English. Style - Vinyasa flow, accompanied by instrumental music. Classes can vary from 45 min to 1.5 hours. Classes usually start with small meditation. Students are guided throughout the whole classes - how to combine breath with movement. Each class ends in Shavasana where students are left alone with music.
