I always try to include the four skills in my classes: speaking, reading, writing and listening, grammar and vocabulary are also important. However the most important point is my student's goals so I adapt my class to their needs. Teaching and learning languages is a serious process that must be interesting, exciting and funny.
Before starting formal classes it is very important to know about my student's goals, in order to create meaningful tasks. I work with adults and teenagers.
