Hi! My name is Irene, and I’m a Psychology graduate with over 9 years of experience as a private tutor. I’ve been helping students of all ages — from kids to teenagers and adults — feel more confident and motivated in their learning journey. I started teaching when I was 15, and I haven’t stopped since. I know what it feels like to struggle with a subject — in fact, I used to dislike English until I discovered it through music and travel. That change in perspective completely transformed the way I learned, and now I apply the same idea when teaching Spanish: making it meaningful and enjoyable. I’m a very patient, organised and empathetic teacher. I always adapt to the student’s rhythm and needs, offering clear explanations, useful materials, and ongoing support. I offer online Spanish lessons for foreigners focused on real communication, grammar, and vocabulary. My classes are fully personalized and adapted to each student's level, needs, and goals. I use a practical and flexible approach, combining clear grammar explanations, interactive exercises, and lots of conversation practice. My priority is that students feel confident and understand how to use Spanish in real-life situations. A typical class includes: Quick review of previous content Introduction of new vocabulary or grammar Practical exercises (oral and written) Speaking and pronunciation practice Final recap and feedback I include cultural notes, useful phrases, and materials based on the student’s interests (e.g. travel, work, daily life). Whether you're starting from scratch or want to improve fluency, I adapt the pace to your learning style. My lessons are aimed at teenagers and adults, from beginner to advanced level. I also offer help with writing, pronunciation, and listening comprehension.
