I have been taking Spanish leccions from Virginia for a little over a year. She is outstanding!!! I would not be where I am at with my Spanish if it was not for her.

Her leccions are extremely beneficial, very thorough and useful to learn and speak Spanish. For example, she teaches the various tenses (present tense, simple past, imperfect tense, etc.) while using multiple narratives/conversations which incorporate these tenses that you will use in everyday life. We read these together and there are blank sections where I have to decide which verb and verb tense to use based upon the sentence.

Also, and this is extremely important for me, during the classes, she helps me with my pronunciation. Because of her, I am much more confident when I speak Spanish to native Spanish speakers.

She is also very understanding. When I have questions, she takes the time and answers them with great explanations.

She is very easy to talk to and will always listen to your concerns. Even when she has to repeat things to me multiple times, she never gets upset and calmly answers the same questions.

Now, before we start the leccion, we talk about everything from the weather to current events in Spanish, to when I will be in Montevideo. Also, when I am in Montevideo, nos vemos y comemos y hablamos y hablamos y hablamos at Don Peperone, which is near the Montevideo Shopping center.

You will be very very happy with Virginia as your instructor.
