Sobre Paula
Hi! I’m Paula, a native Spanish speaker from Spain and a Bilingual Primary Education student. Teaching has always been a big part of my life, and I discovered very early that helping others learn and gain confidence is what truly motivates me.
I started giving private lessons when I was 15, and since then, teaching languages has become more than just a job for me — it’s a passion. I love seeing how students improve step by step, how they lose their fear of speaking, and how a new language opens doors to new cultures, experiences and opportunities.
Being an Erasmus student in Sweden has reinforced my love for languages and education. Living abroad has shown me how powerful communication is and how important it is to feel understood and supported when learning a new language.
My goal as a teacher is to create a safe, positive and motivating environment, where students feel comfortable, valued and encouraged to try, make mistakes and grow. I truly believe that learning Spanish can be an enjoyable and empowering experience.

My teaching method is student-centered, flexible and practical. I strongly believe that the best way to learn a language is by using it in real and meaningful situations, so my lessons are always adapted to each student’s goals, level and interests.
First, I like to get to know my students: why they want to learn Spanish, what motivates them and how they learn best. Based on that, I design personalized lessons that combine:
• Conversation to build confidence and fluency from the very first lesson
• Grammar and vocabulary explained in a clear, simple and practical way
• Real-life situations (travel, daily life, school, work, hobbies…)
• Dynamic activities to keep lessons engaging and enjoyable
I focus on creating a relaxed and positive environment, where making mistakes is part of the learning process. My goal is for students to feel comfortable speaking Spanish and to see progress step by step.
I adapt my method to every age and level: from absolute beginners to more advanced learners, children, teenagers or adults. Whether you want to improve conversation, learn Spanish for travel or get school support, I’ll guide you with motivation, patience and creativity.
Learning Spanish should be effective, fun and confidence-boosting, and that’s exactly what I aim to offer in every lesson
