Sobre María Jesús
I am a native Spanish Translator and Interpreter with a Masters in International Relations. I am proficient in English and French always seeking to develop my professional career in the field of teaching languages since I love any environment involving learning and multicultural approach. I would describe myself as a hard-working, enthusiastic, committed and reliable person with social and organisational skills who really enjoys working with students of all ages.
Regarding my previous experience, I have done a considerable amount of private teaching in Spanish, English and French since 2017. I would highlight my position as a Spanish teacher at The King’s School Canterbury (England) for two years as well as at Carlos V Education school in Seville. Furthermore, I have also been an assistant study teacher for primary pupils as well as an English teacher for adults at Seville Chamber of Commerce. As a result, all my previous job positions have helped me regard education as an essential stage for the individual’s personal and academic development.
Thanks to my experience in foreign languages and a growing passion for sharing them with my students, I always do my best for them to achieve their goals in the most successful way. That is why I am pleased to be here and willing to help you too.

¡Hola! Are you learning Spanish? Would you like to gain more self-confidence and fluency while having a conversation with a native speaker?
I am here to help you in improving your Speaking skills and express your ideas in the most comfortable and natural way. During our lessons we will have a great number of discussions based on a variety of issues depending on your level and needs (reinforcement for any subject in Spanish, work/business, personal improvement, official examinations, hobbies, etc.). You can also propose your topic according to your interests! I can adapt the conversation from a small talk to one with more complex content. There is a wide range of options to choose from doing role-plays to practising with many other different speaking activities and situations related to real life.
I have taught students of Spanish from many different ages, levels and cultures for these last 4 years with satisfactory and great results. But among all, I would say that their constant personal motivation for keeping on learning as well as seeing their progress and especially their big enthusiasm during the lesson... Yes, all of these details are the reason why I love teaching.
I am sure that we can create an immersive atmosphere together to help you achieve your goals in the most appropriate environment where you will learn all the necessary grammar and vocabulary tools to shine in your speech. We can have our lesson through Zoom or Skype, as you prefer.
