Sobre Cinthya
Hi! My name is Cinthya and I’m from Mexico. I’ve been teaching languages for over seven years, and I studied Foreign Languages at university. If you want to learn Spanish for traveling, talking with locals, understanding expressions and slang, living in or visiting a Spanish-speaking country, or simply feeling more confident when you speak, I’d love to help you.
Since I’ve also gone through the process of learning another language, I know how frustrating it can feel when you understand what someone is saying, but suddenly don’t know how to respond. I’ve definitely been there too!
I love languages, linguistics, and learning about different cultures. I also love traveling, animals, and meeting new people. I truly believe that learning a language can change the way you see the world. One of my favorite things about teaching is sharing my culture with my students, learning about theirs, and realizing that I’m always learning something from them too.

My lessons are for children, teens, and adults, from complete beginners to more advanced students. Whether you want to improve your conversation, grammar, Spanish for work, or simply sound more natural, we can focus on what you actually need.
Want to speak more naturally?
We can practice real-life situations like ordering food, traveling, shopping, asking for directions, meeting new people, or simply keeping a conversation going. If you’re a beginner, we can start with a mix of English and Spanish and gradually use more Spanish as you become comfortable.
What about grammar?
Grammar matters, but I don’t want it to stay on paper. I like teaching it in context so you understand how it works and, most importantly, how to actually use it when you speak.
Lessons that feel like you
I love bringing my students’ interests into class through videos, music, stories, movies, games, visual resources, and cultural topics. We can also explore expressions, idioms, and slang so you get closer to the Spanish people actually use.
Spanish for work? We can do that too.
We can adapt lessons to your field and practice meetings, customer service, presentations, professional communication, or situations you may actually face at work.
