I am aveteran professional in middle management. I lived and worked in Germany, Thailand, Sweden, and Spain in small and big companies, successfully developing both products and people along the way.
I am also a passionate social dancer, international dance instructor, and dance event organizer on the side.
People in the communities I frequent tend to quickly come to appreciate me for my thoughtful advice, practical isights, and openness to discuss virtually any topic without any prejudice and with complete confidentiality, including matters of interpersonal conflict, frustration with stagnating careers, business ideas, dating and relationship issues, sexual identity, people leadership, and whatever else troubles them.

In my career in tech I have managed people for over a decade, developing their skills, helping them overcome their limitations, and achieve more than they thought they were capable of.
My role in Product Management has focused heavily on strategy and stakeholder management - in other words: talking to people, figuring out what they really need, and help them decide on what they want to do in order to get it.
As a consequence I have developed strong active empathy alongside a ruthless pragmatism that allows me to pin down what exactly the problem is, and how it might be solved within the means of the people involved, and in small manageable and valuable steps at that.
This same skillset has already benefitted my friends and family greatly in their own life struggles, and now you can too!
My process:
1. We meet for an initial interview. It's an informal meeting during which we get to know each other and talk about the challenges you are facing. It is important for me to understand what is troubling you and to have confidence that I can indeed help you with that. If either you or I come out of this initial meeting believing that I cannot adequately support you in your journey, then this meeting will be free of charge.
2. We agree on a schedule to meet regularly and a strategic roadmap for you to achieve your goals, identifying the individual challenges we can already see in your path and prioritizing them so we can attack each individually and make sure you will experience rapid and noticeable improvement and progression towards your goals.
3. We meet regularly, and on demand if you feel it necessary, to discuss both changes to your goals and your situation, to discuss topics that pop up along the way, and adjust our strategy for your success where necessary.
We will set up milestones to work towards and regularly review all the things you have already achieved.
A more active coaching approach where I actively push you towards your own success can also be arranged. I won't leave you alone, especially if you struggle with initiative or motivation.
