I am a fully qualified teacher and have been teaching for around 15 years. 10 of those years have been in British schools in Madrid. I also have well over 18 years of experience tutoring in person. With the recent circumstances I have gained 2 years of online tutoring experience as well. I have helped many children reach their full potential by making sure they retain what they learn with me.

I have developed a 10 step plan to make sure that each child I tutor learns, assimilates and retains what I teach them! These 10 steps incorporate a lot of teacher modelling to begin with and then leading on to teacher guided questions. The children will learn about real life uses of the skill they are learning in the lesson. Then throughout the rest of the lesson the children are actively revising, learning and remembering the objective being taught. At the end of the lesson the children have to apply this skill to a word problem. This method has allowed my students to achieve outstanding results in their Science and Mathematics tests.
