I am very passionate about cultures and languages!
I love to travel and meet new people. I spend a lot of my time learning about different issues.
I love discussing things like travel, culture, books, education and modern-day issues with my students.
I am a qualified English teacher currently working privately offering online classes. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Languages and a Master's Degree in Enterprise Management, so culture, languages, business, finance and management are all interesting topics for me.
I am friendly, patient and encouraging. I like to get to know my students so that I can provide you with the best possible tailor-made learning experience through a variety of techniques and materials.

If you have specific goals or ideas on how you want to approach a topic, we can work on that together!
My main focus is on vocabulary and communication. I will help you find your words and teach you how to use them adequately through conversation practice. I can also help you brainstorm and plan for written academic assignments.
MY CLASSES ARE 1 HOUR LONG (I also offer 30min conversation classes):
1.- Customized conversation: In these lessons, we will work on a plan together to help you achieve your conversation goal.
These lessons are ideal if you want to build your vocabulary while focusing on topics you are interested in or benefit you in your work or study. You decide on the content or type of class you want to take, and we can always try new formats or approaches if you want to.
For example, If you want to use a textbook, stories, novels, images, movies, videos, podcasts, we can discuss your options and design a lesson plan.
2.- Interviews, Presentation Writing and Practice: If you need help organizing your CV, drafting a cover letter, preparing for an interview, presentation or conference, I can help you with the writing process by brainstorming ideas, making an outline, proofreading your draft, checking citations and bibliography, providing feedback (suggestions and comments). I can also help you practice your presentation script or for an interview.
3.- Writing and Composition Help: Writing an essay or research paper can be a scary task. If you don't require assistance brainstorming and writing an outline, you only want text correction and feedback. The lesson will be completely offline. Meaning you send me the document (MS Word document or a google doc.) I provide you with feedback and corrections.
English for work-settings, interviews, writing, conversational fluency and presentations are my specialties.

Excelente maestra, siempre dinámica y poniendo actividades divertidas e interesantes. Los temas de conversación son de gran ayuda para practicar inglés casual.
Leslie es una excelente profesora, muy preparada intelectual y educacionalmente. Su inglés es muy bueno, tiene mucha paciencia para enseñar y harta motivación y pasión por lo que hace. Tiene gran dominio del inglés y lo ha practicado en diferentes países.
Lo que más me gustan de sus clases es que realmente siento que aprendo mucho y además, ella es una persona súper cariñosa que se esmera en enseñar.
