Since I was little, I had a keen interest in sports. Over the years, I wanted to try another style of fitness and decided to include yoga into my daily routine. Although I started my yoga practice for its physical benefits, as I dived into in, I realized it is so much more than that. The amazing changes that have come into my life with the practice of yoga inspired me to start teaching. My passion for yoga and love for people are my biggest motivators.
