DESDE PEQUEÑA PRACTIQUE BALET, HAWAIANO Y TAHITIANO, DANZA REGIONAL, Y ACTUALMENTE INSTRUCTOR FITNNES, AMO EL DEPORTE PRACTICO CROOS FIT, PESAS Y ME ENCANTA CORRER COMO MINIMO 2 VECES POR SEMANA AL REDEDOR DE 6 A 8 KILOMETROS, SOY UNA PERSONA QUE LE GUSTA EL CRECIMIENTO CONSTANTE Y LOS RETOS, ME MANTENGO EN CONSTANTE MOVIMIENTO PUES SUELO SER IMPERACTIVA EN LO QUE ME GUSTA , EL EJERCICIO O DEPORTE NO ES SOLO UN JOBI , ES PARTE DE MI VIDA Y DE LO QUE SOY, AMO LA ALIMENTACION SANA Y TAMBIEN DISFRUTO DE VES EN CUANDO UN ANTOJITO FUERA DE MI ALIMENTACION, LA DICIPLINA NO SOLO ES PRIMORDIAL EN EL DEPORTE Y ALIMENTACION , SI NO ES BASICA EN LA VIDA MISMA.
