Sobre Lucía
Nací en Argentina hace 34 años, vivo en México hace más de 5 y desde hace más de 8 años trabajo con mi voz. Soy cantante, masajista, reikista y sonoterapeuta. He trabajado también con técnicas teatrales y de clown. A lo largo de mi vida fui incorporando múltiples y diversas herramientas para nutrir en una búsqueda personal por mejorar y nutrir mi bienestar físico, emocional y mental.
En esta búsqueda me encontré con mi vocación y mi capacidad de servicio y fui integrando estas herramientas a mis espacios terapéuticos individuales y grupales.
Dirijo círculos de canto, círculos de mujeres, facilito sonoterapias y meditaciones guiadas grupales con diferentes instrumentos y mi voz. También trabajo en forma individual dando masaje tailandés y sonoterapias.

I'm a singer, Thai massage therapist, Reikist and soundhealer. I've also worked with theatre techniques and lead Active Pause and Mindfulness classes. Throughout my life I have incorporated many tools for nurturing myself in a personal journey for enhancing my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Singing has been for me a very deep path to self- healing for more than 10 years. I have been taking and giving singing lessons and guiding and participating in singing circles.
This path has led me to understand a lot of things about myself and my relationship with my essential being and my physical body, my inner space. In the past 6 years I had some very powerful insights about the voice as a channel of the expression of the Universe. I decided to share this to help other people to heal and to keep on healing myself. 4 years ago I discovered Thai Massage and have been studying its benefits and experiencing them myself. I think is a very profound way of healing that helps on channeling and enhancing creativity for all human beings. I have come to fuse both practices to potentiate unblocking both the physical and energetic body.
